holiday visa help

Anyong haseyo, every year when i have gone back to Seoul for holiday (before COVID) i could travel to Seoul without a visa cause Australians can travel up to 90 days without a visa if just holiday, but since COVID they have said Australians may have to get Holiday tourist visa for Seoul so next year when i return to Seoul for holiday i would like some help, i have never applied for a visa just for holiday and would like to do this right,  i am looking at 1st of June 2023 to fly out back to Seoul.coming back either 6 or 7 july 2023 i usually go over for 5 weeks that is my limit

I have had all 3 Pfizer shots

and is negative for Covid so i am clear and i understand i will have to take another RAT test 48 hours prior to flight once again

So closer to date i would like help please 

Before CO VID ruined everything it was easy getting through Incheon Airport 

SO now just wish to do this right before my passport expires next year
